Mix this product with flour, the ratio of yeast and flour is 0.8%-1%.
When use sugar-low yeast, the sugar content of flour should be less than 8%,.
When use sugar-high yeast, the sugar content of flour should be more than 8%.
Make into a dough,and the dough should be kept in 30°C condition.After the dough fermented then shape it. Let the dough shape be alone for 10-15min,then put it into steamer or oven.
